Troubleshooting
False alarms --- Please try setting your sensor 4.5-6 feet high and 0-30 feet above the ground from your driveway, try setting your sensor to a lower sensitivity.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't--- Try setting your sensor about 4.5-6 feet above the ground and please tilt the sensor downward (not horizontally) so the detector can watch the vehicle for longer periods of time.
Sensor out --- Please try setting the sensor 4.5-6 feet above the ground and try changing the sensitivity, make sure there are no trees or moving branches in front of the sensor, and please keep the sensor out of direct sunlight directly in front of the eyes. One more important thing is not to drop your sensor on the ground.
Sensor stops working --- Please try to charge your sensor solar power, we need to confirm if the battery is defective, please contact our service support via email and we can replace it with a new one for you.
