FAQ
Abnormal sound of host
Situation 1. Continuous abnormal sound:
Might caused by low battery power. Please replace new batteries.
Situation 2. Occasionally abnormal sound:
Please put the sensor into the drawer for testing after powering on, and waiting for 3 minutes. If there is no abnormal sound with host, please adjust the installation position and the angle of sensing window.If there is abnormal sound with host, please contact the customer service to deliver the product back and exchange the product.
No sound of host
Situation 1. Power indicator didnt' light up, and press “Forward”, there is no sound:
① Please check whether the battery is installed reversely;
② Please replace the battery or plug it in for test;
Situation 2. Only one sound from powering on, and there is no sound again:
① The sensor failed to detect, please adjust the sensing angle;
② Please try to clear the connect between receiver and sensor, and pair them again.
Situation 3. Power indicator lights up, and there is no sound.
Press “Forward” and “Backward”to check whether there is change of volume.
If not, please contact the customer service to return the defect product and replace with a new one for you.
